This sandwich is so cheap and easy to make and its so filling . The little kick of spice  combined with the cheese and egg is just yummy

Step 1
Slice the bread in half then slice the cheese on half ( I use American cheese but use whatever cheese you like ) slice the tomato thin then finely chop scallion and pepper and set these aside

Beat two eggs with salt pepper and the sriracha sauce . Add to a pan then sprinkle the scallion and pepper and dip the bread in the egg mixture thin flip it over and let the base cook for about 2-3 minutes then flip

Cook the other aide for a minute then fold in the egg flaps and add the cheese on both sides and tomatoes . Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper then fold the sandwich over and if you like add a little butter to fry until the cheese inside melts . Serve and enjoy
