Step 1
Slice your bread in half then set it aside
Step 2
In a bowl beat the eggs then season to taste with salt and pepper . Add this to an oiled pan then sprinkle the peppers and spring onion on top .

Dip the bread in the egg then flip it over and get it on a medium heat . Cook until the egg is no longer shiny

Flip the bread over then fold the egg on top . Add the cheese and jalapeños to both sides then fold it over and add the butter . Once both sides are cooked and the cheese is melted serve and enjoy
