Instructions

Step 1
To a bowl, add dairy free cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup and mix until very smooth.
Step 2
Divide mixture in half and add half to another bowl. Add in 1/2 tsp dragon fruit powder (optional if you want a light pink color)
Step 3
Onto a piece of toasted bread, add about 1 tsp each of of jam and each of the “cheesecake” mixture doing the checkered pattern using the back of a small spoon to press each bit down.
