Instructions
Step 1
Mix the honey, broth, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl; set aside
Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken thighs on both sides until golden and cooked through
Step 4
When the chicken is cooked through, add the garlic between the chicken and fry until fragrant (appx 30 seconds)
Step 5
Add the sauce mixture and continue to cook at medium-high until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly
Step 6
Serve over vegetables and/or rice
