Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in a rice cooker, following device directions
Step 2
While the rice cooks put sesame oil, onion, bell pepper, carrots, and garlic into a large wok or skillet -- cook 5 minutes until veggies soften
Step 3
Add broccoli and mushrooms, cook for 3 - 5 minutes, then mix in coconut aminos and duck sauce
Step 4
Add the rice to the wok or skillet, mix well, and cook for 3 - 5 minutes
Step 5
Push the rice aside, making room for eggs to be cracked into the wok or skillet; scramble the eggs and combine into the mixture
Step 6
Once the eggs are scrambled and cooked, remove the rice from heat and cool before serving
