Menemen - Turkish scrambled eggs
3 steps
Prep:20min
I first had this in Iran, but the recipe I'm using here is from a Turkish cookbook. My experience of this is doing road trips in Iran, if often stop at little roadside cafes for breakfast they'll almost always give you a plate of scrambled eggs mixed with tomatoes and spices. Khoshmazeh!
