Ingredients

For Yogurt Spread
1 cupGreek yogurt
room temperature
salt
to taste
1 tspfresh ground black pepper
1 Tbspdill
chopped, or parsley
For Aleppo Butter
0.5 stickunsalted butter
2cloves garlic
minced
¼ tspground cumin
¼ tspsmoked paprika
cayenne pepper
1 tspchili flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Add yogurt to a large plate or bowl mixing in a pinch of salt, pepper, and dill.
Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, until bubbles begin to burst. Mix in garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne and chill flakes.
Step 3
Fill a large saucepan with 2 to 3 inches of water. Boil water with vinegar.
Step 4
Create a whirlpool in the boiling water. Crack eggs in a bowl and slip it into the whirlpool. Cook for 35 seconds to 1 minute on low and remove from water. repeat with other egg.
Step 5
Serve with the yogurt mixture, the eggs, Aleppo Butter, and top with dill or parsley. Enjoy with a slice of toasted bread and bacon!
