Step 1
Roughly skin cucumber and remove seeds. Chop tomatoes, cucumber and red onion into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Add olives and drizzle with oil and vinegar dressing
Step 3
Place whole brick of Feta on top. Or chop into cubes if preferred. Sprinkle oregano. Mix throuroughly with hands before serving.
