This is a delicious one. Super fast to make and pretty spicy. The sauce is sooo addicting. Pour it over rice or crack some eggs in it. Definitely miss the outdoor cooking, but I will most likely be rotating to youtube and be providing full length videos. So look out fornthat. Link in bio!

Ingredients
4 servings
2 lbsshrimp
head on
8gginger
minced, sliced
15gminced garlic
sliced
10gThai chilis
minced, sliced
6 ozwater
2 ozcorn starch slurry
2 spriggreen onion
chopped, garnish
4 oz sauce mix
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a hot oiled pan add in garlic, ginger, and Thai chili

2. Sauté to bring out aromatics
Step 3
3. Toss in the shrimp and stir fry for about 30 seconds to get a quick sear on the shell

4. Add water and sauce mix
Step 5
5. Stir everything to ensure sauce breaks down.
Step 6
6. Let sauce come to a boil
Step 7
7. Add in corn starch slurry
Step 8
8. Once shrimp starts turning pink lower the heat to prevent over cooking
Step 9
9. Toss until sauce thickens slightly
Step 10
10. Take off heat and garnish with green onions
