Instructions

Preheat oven 400*
Step 2
In a saucepan whisk vinegar and Powder Sugar bring to boil and reduce to a simmer until the mixture is reduced by half. Set aside for optional topping

Next pound the Chicken until 1/4 inch thick and spray with Avocado oil

salt/pepper to taste

1/2 tsp minced garlic on each breast
Step 6
Add 1/3 cup of shredded cheese to each chicken reserving the last 1/3 cheese

Add 1 tsp Basil on each breast
Step 8
top with 1-2 TBSP of diced Tomato
Step 9
roll up the chicken.
Step 10
Transfer chicken to a sprayed baking dish with seam side down. Spray top with Avocado oil, salt/pepper.
Step 11
Bake for 20 minutes
Step 12
Top with cheese and bake 10 more minutes
Optional

Top with Balsamic Vinegar reduction
