Step 1
In a large bowl, mix eggs with milk and oil, add sweetener and other loose ingredients. The amount of cinnamon and cocoa depends on your taste, but the gingerbread should be dark and fragrant.
Step 2
According to taste, we add other ingredients that we want to have in the gingerbread. In our case, it is raisins and chopped dates. It is best to mix everything by hand with a whisk or wooden spoon. Before baking, take a small teaspoon and add 5 teaspoons of marmalade to the dough, it will give it juiciness and suppleness. Bake the dough at 170 °C for about 30 minutes (test the dough with a skewer, if necessary, we can extend the baking time)
