Instructions
Step 1
Add the chuck roast, water, nihari seasoning mix, and a stick of butter to crockpot
Step 2
Allow to cook all day 6-8 hours
Step 3
After meat is fully cooked and tender, syphon off (remove) the oil and set aside
Step 4
Remove the meat pieces and set aside
Step 5
Start adding the 1 cup atta slowly and whisk consistently
Step 6
Once everything is incorporated, add the meat back
Step 7
Allow for everything to cook while you prepare the garnishes (ginger, peppers, lemon, & cilantro)
Step 8
Serve with naan once the curry has thickened to desired consistency
