SLOW COOKER BUTTER CHICKEN π«Άπ
So simple but so delicious! I loveeee butter chicken and itβs one that Leo will also eat! ππ»ππ»
800g chicken chunks
2 tbsp lazy garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
400g passata
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
Salt & pepper
1 tsp honey
150 ml double cream
60g butter into small pieces
Add your chicken, garlic, ginger, all spices, honey & passata to the slow cooker & stir together. Place on pieces of butter over the top and cook for 1 & 1/2 - 2 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low.
Stir together to mix the butter, add in the cream & mix together. serve with rice. Also, Sprinkle with parsley to serve! ππ«Ά
* I used less chicken as I just like sauce and Leo is the opposite π€£π
