Baked Crunchy Hot Honey Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone.
Step 2
In a food processor, combine pork rinds, parmesan cheese, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until you have fine crumbs.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breasts into chicken tenders or bite size pieces.
Step 4
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the hot sauce and chicken, and toss well to coat
Step 5
Dredge the chicken through the crumbs, covering fully. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crisp
Step 6
Just before the chicken is done cooking, make the sauce. In a sauce pot, combine the honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Plus a pinch of salt.
Step 7
Drizzle the warm sauce over the chicken.
