Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breast into tenders (approximately 10 tenders)
Step 2
Coat chicken breast in Greek yogurt and 1 tsp garlic powder
Step 3
Add 1 tsp garlic powder to the corn flakes and crush to your desired consistency
Step 4
Coat each piece of chicken with the corn flake mixture
Step 5
Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes
Step 6
While chicken bakes, mix together the honey and hot sauce
Step 7
Once the chicken is ready, coat each tender with the honey hot sauce mixture. You can choose to return it to the oven for a couple of minutes, however keep an eye on it so the honey doesn’t burn
