Instructions

Step 1
Spray pan with fry light
Step 2
Fry onion, chicken, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper until brown
Step 3
Add pepper, rice, chicken stock and bbq sauce
Step 4
Put on lid and simmer until all water is absorbed
Step 5
Top with cheese and bbq sauce
Step 6
Split into 4 and serve
