Step 1
Combine broccoli, rice, 1 cup shredded cheddar, milk, hot sauce, herb, and salt to taste. Stir well in big bowl. Grease 9x11 baking dish with butter. Spoon in mixture and level off. Top with the extra cheddar and breadcrumbs. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until hot and starting to brown.
