Ingredients

1 LbChicken Breasts
MARINADE

7 Oz2% Fat Greek Yogurt

1 TbsGaram Masala

1 Tbsfresh lemon juice

1 tsppepper

¼ tspGround Ginger
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice chicken and combine with marinade ingredients
Step 2
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr
Step 3
3. Add 1⁄2 chicken chunks spreading them out and cook till golden brown, frequently stirring
Step 4
4. Sear the rest of the chicken and reduce to medium heat
Step 5
5. Add all sauce ingredients to empty pan, stir until mixed
Step 6
6. Add seared chicken and bring to simmer
Step 7
7. Simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally
