Ingredients

1 cupgreek yogurt
plain
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
2 tspground cumin
2 tspgaram masala
2 tspground cayenne
3 grindsblack pepper
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspginger
minced or paste
2garlic clove
minced
2 lbschicken breast
cut into 1.5 cubes

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or you can do this the night before.
Step 2
Heat the avocado oil in large skillet. When the oil is hot, turn it down to medium and add onions. Sauté the onions and then add garlic and chilies, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cumin, paprika, and garam masala. Fry these spices with onion and garlic for a minute to release their flavor.
Step 4
Added chicken to the skillet, cook the chicken and add the tomato puree, have cooked with the spices. Add heavy whipping cream, thoroughly mix and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper for taste.
