Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
Step 3
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 4
Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Bake the asparagus for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
Step 6
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them on the baking sheet with the asparagus. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 7
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Step 8
Serve the salmon and asparagus with cooked jasmine rice.
