Instructions
Step 1
Trim green beans into thirds and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Char the green beans in a small saucepan.
Step 3
Add garlic and fry for 30s more.
Step 4
Add 240ml water to the pan with the stock paste and bring to the boil.
Step 5
Add the couscous, close the lid and remove from the heat, allowing the couscous to cook in the steam for 10minutes.
Step 6
Fry the diced chicken in a frying pan unt browned.
Step 7
Chop the tomato small, drizzle with a little oil. Season with salt and set aside as a salsa.
Step 8
Stir in the korma paste, mango chutney, half the yogurt and 50ml water into the chicken and bring to the boil for 2-3mins.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy.
