Instructions

Step 1
Sauté 1 cup pulled pork on high heat with 1 tbs brown sugar and 1 tbs coconut aminos. Separately, sauté 1 cup chopped mixed peppers until blackened.
Step 2
Chop 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped finely, top with cooked pulled pork and mixed pepper medley. Top with chopped tomatoes.
Step 3
Blend 1/4 cup greek yogurt, with handful flesh cilantro and the juice of one lime. Blend with 1/4 cup green tomatia salsa and top salad.
