Instructions

Tuna dip

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 2
Toast the bread in a contact grill until crispy and golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile slice the avocado and tomato.
Step 4
Cut the bread in half. Spread the bottom half with the pesto and place the avocado slices on top.
Step 5
Spread the tuna dip on the other bread half and place the tomato slices on top.
