4 TeaspoonsCoarse Kosher Salt
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
⅔ cuphoney

Dry Mix Stuff
Instructions
Step 1

Boil 4 c of water and pour over 2 c of oats in mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add 4 t Salt, 2 T Vegetable Oil, and 2/3 c Honey to the Oatmeal
Step 3
Let Oatmeal cool but still warm. Cool down to 105-110* F so that it does not kill yeast.
Step 4

Put 2 T yeast (balls) and 1/2 c warm water into a small bowl. Sprinkle with sugar to help in proofing the yeast. After yeast proofs(rises) add into oatmeal mix.
Step 5
Turn Bosch mixer on to #2.
Step 6
Attach lid to mixer, add white flour. Start with 7 cups flour, then add rest as needed. The dough will be sticky because of the oats. (As needed means that the bread should barely come un-sticky from the wall of the bowl).
Step 7
Mix for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the dough hook from dough and clean hook. Turn on oven for 20 seconds to warm oven. Insert bowl with a smooth towel over top into oven to raise.
Step 9
Let rise until the dough has doubled in size. Put into 4 greased pans and let it double (or about an inch above pan) in size in the oven.
Step 10
Cook at 350* for 30 minutes
Step 11
Remove from oven, butter top of loaves. Remove from pan and let cool on racks. When cooled insert loaves into bread bags.
