Instructions
Step 1
-In a cast iron skillet, began cooking the plant-based be’f

Step 2
-Mix together oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, & paprika






Step 3
-Add the mixed seasonings to the be’f and finish cooking, adding water if it becomes too dry







Step 4
-Add the be’f, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce to a crockpot and cook for 4-8 hours












Step 5
-garnish with chives & shredded cheddar cheese and serve in portions of 1 cup
