Step 1
1. Pre-boil potatoes and begin to fry carrots and leek over M/H heat until leeks get some color.
Step 2
2. Add in meat and cook thoroughly on all sides. Use just enough dark beer to scrape the brown bits off the bottom of the pot. Add potatoes with their water once they have softened a bit and let them cook through.
Step 3
3. Turn heat to L and combine cream cheese thoroughly before the cream and spices. Serve.
