Step 1
1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add in the ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and black pepper.

Stir until well combined.

2. Add the pasta to the pan along with the beef broth and water. Stir. Cover and boil for 8 minutes. Chop the zucchini and add to the pan. Let boil for an additional minute. Remove from the heat.

3. Stir in the Greek yogurt and then the cheese.
Step 6
Weigh the entire recipe and divide the weight by the number of servings to get the amount needed to fill each serving. Add extra salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
