Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Begin boiling a pot of water and cook the pasta shells according to the package

While the shells cook, brown a pound of ground beef with 1/2 a chopped white onion

Once cooked, drain the grease and season it

Turn the heat to low and add your vodka sauce and bisque. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes while your pasta finishes cooking

Once your shells are cooked and drained, add the sauce to the shells

Then mix in 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella

Add the mixture to a greased 9x12 baking dish

Top with remaining cheese

Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes

Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to get the cheesy bubbly
