Step 1
Start by browning 1lb of ground beef along with half a chopped white onion. *you can also use ground turkey or Italian sausage too.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add penne pasta. *feel free to use tortellini if you wish.

Season the meat. I used garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease and add one jar of marinara sauce and mix.

Next, add an 8oz block of cream cheese. Continue mixing and break up the cream cheese until a sauce is formed.

Once the pasta is done, drain, and add it to the sauce mixture.

Mix everything together, and top with Italian style cheese. Broil it in a broil safe skillet for about 3 minutes until it’s bubbling. Remove and Serve!
