Instructions

Step 1
Let yeast bloom in 110° water for 5 min. Add other wet ingredients. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Mix with dough hook for 5 minutes. This will be a wetter dough than you’re probably used to. A bit of it should stick to the bottom as it’s kneading but the sides will be clean! Rise 2 hours, shape into your loaf (I use the envelope fold) and rise for 45 minutes in your bread pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the loaf sounds hollow when you tap on it. Let cool completely before slicing (or don’t, I’m not your mom)
