Step 1
In boiling water, gently place your 2 eggs. Boil for 10 minutes -and stir once in the middle.
Step 2
Drain the hot water and rinse with cold water. Add a scoop of ice to cool down the eggs.
Step 3
After peeling the eggs, separate the egg yolks and whites. Dice the egg whites and transfer into a large bowl. Drop in your egg yolks as well.
Step 4
Finely chop 1/3 of a cucumber. Toss that into the bowl as well.
Step 5
With your hands, separate and shred 4 crabsticks. Drop them into the bowl.
Step 6
Squeeze 2.5 Tbsp of mayonnaise along with a pinch of salt + pepper. Mix!
Step 7
Place a sheet of nori onto a flat surface. Spread your rice in the middle, leaving just about 5 cm on top and the bottom. (Rice should be warm - leave out the rice to cool if it has just been cooked!)
Step 8
Place the crab egg mayo paste in the middle. Start rolling gently until it makes a kimbap shape.
Step 9
Apply sesame oil on top! You can use your hands for this step.
Step 10
Slice, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve!
