Step 1
Take out 4 crabsticks and separate each one until it is shredded.
Step 2
In a bowl, crack an egg and season with salt.
Step 3
On medium heat, drizzle oil and cook the egg mixture. With a spatula, mix and break the egg mixture until you get a scrambled-like texture. Turn off heat once it's cooked.
Step 4
In a new bowl, toss in shredded crabsticks, cooked egg, 2 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp sriracha and mix.
Step 5
Cut your nori sheets into 5cm (width) strips.
Step 6
With wet hands, grab a small piece of cooked rice and mold into base of sushi shape.
Step 7
Place rice mold on a flat surface and then wrap the nori sheets carefully.
Step 8
Place a generous amount of crabstick mixture on top and sprinkle with parsley flakes!
