Step 1
Begin by boiling water and adding a dash of vinegar and salt.
Step 2
Once the water starts boiling, gently add in your eggs and boil for 8-9 minutes.

Peel your eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolk.
Step 4
Smash the yolk and dice the egg whites into small pieces.
Step 5
Add the egg whites and smashed yolks into one bowl. Add 2 tbsp of mayo and season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 tbsp of chili flakes (opt).
Step 6
Slice 1/4 cucumber into strips.
Step 7
Get your cooked rice, add a drizzle of sesame oil, sesame seeds (opt) and mix.
Step 8
Next, get a sheet of nori and spread a thin layer of rice.
Step 9
Add the egg mayo spread and cucumber strips and gently roll the kimbap.
Step 10
Slice and serve!
