Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt together then coat the shrimp evenly.
Step 2
In a pan, melt butter and 2 tbsp of butter then add garlic. Cook until the garlic gets a slightly golden color then remove off the heat and set aside for later. Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan then pan fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side. Space the shrimp out and don’t overcrowd the pan bc it will not get crispy. Cook in batches if needed. Once the shrimp is all cooked, add back into the pan and pour the garlic butter mixture into the pan and toss. Cook this for 1 more minute and sprinkle a little salt on top and give it one last toss.
