Shrimps with Garlic in Lemon Butter Sauce

These garlicky, buttery, Juicy sautéed shrimps cooked in a flavorful sauce, is an easy to throw together meal and come together in under 20 minutes, it can be served over anything.

Instructions

Step 1
Dry the shrimps and season it with salt, pepper and lemon zest and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add red pepper flakes, keep it for 30 seconds on high heat.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute flipping as needed.
Step 4
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet and let cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add butter and let it melt slowly, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cilantro and stir the pan about 2 minutes until the sauce start to thickened little bit.
Step 6
Add the remaining cilantro and mixed well until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked and the thickness of the sauce still in pourable consistency.
Step 7
You may add hot water + lemon juice (50/50) if you feel the sauce is thickened much.
Step 8
Serve with mashed potato, white rice or pasta and sprinkle fresh parsley or cilantro on top.
