Garlic Butter Shrimp
If you love garlicky, buttery shrimp, you’ll love this recipe! It take 20 minutes to make and tastes amazing!

Ingredients

1.5 lbsdeveined shrimp
shell on

1whole garlic
minced

⅓ cupflour

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspcayenne pepper

¼ tspsalt
adjust to taste

6 Tbspbutter

4 Tbspolive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Coat the shrimp with flour, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
On low heat, cook the butter, oil and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the shrimp into pan, evenly spread out so that it can get nice pan fry for a crispy coating. (Do not layer the shrimps on top of each other) Add salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until slightly crispy. That’s all it takes to make this delicious recipe! Serve with steamed rice and a lemon wedge.
