Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine broccoli, bacon, onion and craisins. Add shredded cheese if desired. Gently stir in the mayo dressing.
Step 3
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
