Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring the beans to the boil with their liquid + a splash of water until softened - 20 minutes (or just skip this step!)
Step 2
2. Place in a food processor with tahini, harissa, nutritional yeast, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2x minced garlic cloves & 1tbsp of bean liquid.
Step 3
3. Blitz until smooth, streaming in 2tbsp of olive oil & adding ice cubes for a creamy finish.
Step 4
4. For the topping, toast the pumpkin seeds & fry 2x sliced garlic cloves with the paprika in 1tbsp of olive oil. Drizzle & scatter over the dip.

5. Dip as you choose, and enjoy!
