Instructions
Step 1
Spread unsalted roasted nuts on a lined baking sheet and bake at 180 c 375 f for 5 minutes . This is just to heat the nuts so they release the oil easier . If the nuts haven’t been roasted already bake for 10-15 minutes but keep an eye on them and don’t let them turn dark or they will taste burnt
Step 2
Add nuts to a food processor and process for a minute until the nuts should be crumbly . I give the processor a break so it doesn’t over heat . Then process again until you start to see it clump together and take another break . Finally process until it looks like it’s getting shiny this is because the oils are releasing .
Step 3
Add a good pinch of salt honey cayenne and red pepper flakes then blend until smooth . Transfer to a sterilized jar and keep in a cool dark place until opened
