Instructions

Step 1
Wash sushi rice then cook according to package instructions . Once cooked put a paper towel on top of the rice and put the lid back on. This helps absorb any excess moisture
Step 2
Add 3 tbsp of sushi vinegar ( or season to taste ) then stir the rice

Step 3
Make small thin slices of cucumber pepper and salmon then crush a sheet of nori seaweed and set aside

Step 4
Get an ice-cube tray then at the bottom of each section place a piece of salmon cucumber or pepper until the tray is full. Then top with the rice and press firmly down so its full. Top each piece with sesame seeds or crushed seaweed and then cover and put in the freezer for 15 minutes . To serve add some dill wasabi or whatever sauces you like . There will be enough rice left over to make more than one tray of sushi bites
