Step 1
Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a 15“ x 10” jelly roll pan with foil, set aside.
Step 2
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the first three ingredients stirring constantly until the brown sugar melts. Or, microwave in a large bowl glass for one and a half minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat if using stove top. Stir in salt, cinnamon and after stirring add in oats.
Step 4
Spread the granola onto a full foil lined jelly roll pan.
Step 5
Press down if you want bigger chunks.
Step 6
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Do not stirred. This will help it to stay clumped together. Leave in pan until cooled. Remove from the pain after completely cooled and add your optional add-ins.
Step 7
Store in a sealed container or glass jar for up to two weeks.
