Pre-heat to 400°F

In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne and rub it all over the chicken. Arrange the chicken on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the Parm all over the chicken.
Step 3
Bake until the cheese starts to turn golden and the chicken is just about finished. 15-17 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven, crank up the broiler, and broil the chicken until the top is browned and sizzling, 3-4 minutes.
