6 ozno salt tomato paste

12 ozwater

1 tspsalt

1 tspfresh basil

1 boxlasagna noodles

30 ozricotta cheese

8 ozshredded Italian cheese blend

6 Tbsparm cheese
shredded

1egg
beaten

1 Tbsdried parsley

½ tspground nutmeg

1 jarpasta sauce

Instructions
Step 1
In Dutch oven, over medium heat, saute onion. Add meats and brown. Add garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and basil. Simmer 1 hour
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350
Step 3
Prepare pasta according to box. Drain. Lay flat on baking sheet. Separate layers with parchment paper as needed to avoid sticking together.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix ricotta, egg, parsley, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Spray lasagna dish with cooking spray. Coat with small amount of jarred sauce. Place 1 layer of noodles. Add 1/3 of meat sauce. Next, add 1/2 of ricotta mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses. Repeat layers. Add last layer of noodles, remaining meat sauce, and shredded cheeses.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes
Step 7
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 mins
