Instructions
Step 1
Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
I large wok over high heat, stir fry ginger and garlic in peanut oil for 1 minute. Add bok choy, mush and bell pepper, stir fry for 1 more minutes. Add soy mixture, then stir fry 1 more minute.
Step 3
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
