Instructions

Base

Step 1
- Mix with a blender the biscuts with melted butter.

- Make it flat in the bottom of a serving jar

The cheese part

Step 3
- Whisk the base ingredients : cheese, icing sugar and lemon juice together.
Step 4
- Add the cheese part on top of the base in the serving jars and put them in the fridge while you prepare the glaze part.

Glazed part

Step 5
- Mix all together the egg, butter, cornstarch and sugar
Step 6
- Use a pot to low cook for five minutes. NEVER make it boil and mix constantly until Thick.
Step 7
- let it cook a bit and even if it’s warm you can add it on top of your dessert, in the serving jar.

REST TIME

Step 8
In the fridge for 3 hours. Serve it cold. Enjoy
