Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and lightly spray with PAM a 9” X 5” loaf pan and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl mash bananas and mix in sugar and vanilla. Mix in margarine and then egg.
Step 3
In another bowl stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Step 4
Mix dry ingredients in to the wet ingredient bowl a little at a time until you have a well blended moist mixture.
Step 5
Pour in to loaf pan and cook for 55 to 60 minutes. Check with skewer to verify when done.
