Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, a little salt, cinnamon.
Step 2
Pour in oats (no quick oats) and brown sugar. Mix and make sure lumps are broken up.
Step 3
Pour in butter and mix until just incorporated.
Step 4
Mix in 2 eggs and vanilla.
Step 5
Should look crumbly and not sticky. Add in chocolate chips and put in 9x13 pan.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 7
Let them sit at room temperature over night.
