Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings together. Cut the tortillas into small triangles and either spray with avocado oil or brush with olive oil.
Step 2
If you have an air fryer - place tortilla triangles in the air fryer 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until crispy and no longer soft. You may have to do this in batches.
Step 3
If using an oven, preheat the over to 350 degrees and place tortilla triangles on a cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes flipping them over at least once during the baking process.
Step 4
Whatever method you are using, make sure the chips are no longer soft. You want to have a crunchy chip that mimics a Dorito.
Step 5
Once all the tortilla triangles are crispy, place them in a large bowl with a lid. Dump the seasoning over the chips and place the lid on it. Gently shake to coat the chips. Enjoy!
