Step 1
Dice the pumpkin, slice the onion and bell pepper and chop the parsley.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the pumpkin and water and mix well. Put on a lid and let fry for about 10min.
Step 3
Add the other vegetables and fry for another 3min.
Step 4
Add the seasoning and parsley. Fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Burrito
Step 5
Spread the front center of the burrito with the sour creme.
Step 6
Top it with the fried vegetables and sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Roast the burrito on all sides. Enjoy!
