Instructions

Roasted sweet potato

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 degree circulation air.
Step 2
Cut the sweet potato into cubes.
Step 3
Add the sweet potato to a baking tray. Drizzle on the olive oil and add the seasoning. Give it a good mix.
Step 4
Bake the sweet potato for about 30min until soften on the inside.

Chicken

Step 5
Slice the chicken and cut the tomatoes into halves.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2min. Then add the tomatoes and seasoning and fry for another 2min.

Wrap

Step 7
Spread the front center of the wrap with sour Creme.
Step 8
Top it with the salad, sweet potato and chicken.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
